Does Houbi Support Ever Reply To Emails?
Got a new phone and didnt transfer the 2FA. No problem got a new phone and uploaded the new ID pic as required. Great…not so fast.
Got an email saying the account is still on hold as they need to call me. Not a problem…that was 5 days ago and had no phone call. Emailed them a couple of times and no response. Online chat never responds.
Anyone else had better luck as I really would like to get access to my account??
