How can I connect with Huobi support center?

The thing is, I can’t continue with level 3 of the verification process because the website tells me to continue in the app. I try to do it in the app and it doesn’t even let me because even though I’ve been approved at levels 1 and 2, it also looks like level 1 to me as pending verification. It is impossible, if I click on the button to verify level 2, as the website tells me, it does nothing. The app doesn’t advance to another screen and I just can’t do anything.

I go back to the website and I don’t see how to contact Huobi. I have gone through the website from top to bottom, going to all the pages, including the help center, and I don’t see where to do it. It is impossible.
