Yesterday i tried to withdraw money from my account as i need it to do other stuff and i forgot to turn my VPN off, hence why my funds were frozen. I sent a support ticket, but they responded that in order to unfreeze my account, id have to provide identity verification. I value my privacy and this is why i chose Kucoin as a cex in the first place. Because KYC is not fully required. I would like my assets to be unfrozen asap without having to do KYC. My ticket is 1657217.

    Same exact thing happened to me! It’s been nearly a week now and my funds are still frozen. I decided to bite the bullet and submit my ID but so far they have done absolutely nothing.
    Terrible customer support experience.

    VPN didn’t cause this. It clearly states in their Terms of service that they allow VPN use on their exchange.

    I think something else happened here.
