I am facing come issues when trying to withdraw from my account.

Although I have BTC, which is showing in the balance on the top left

– when I try to withdraw it as BTC, it tells me I have an available balance of 0.00000000 – then says I have ‘insufficient funds’..

(Despite showing the balance above that).

If I try to ‘transfer’ – it tells me exactly the same.

I have put the exact figure in for withdrawal, (my BTC balance) – but it just says I have a zero balance.

Can anyone help – I have been trying to fix this for hours
