How can I convert BNB as an old ERC-20 token to something usable

Hey, I have a little old BNB as a ERC token on Ethereum and wanted to convert it to either BNB or or into ETH or just something I can move or swap, anyone have an idea of how to do that? A swap service or within metamask or something? Thanks

    You need to convert your Binance Coin (BNB) ERC-20 token to the new Binance Coin (BNB) BEP-2 token in order to use it on the Binance Chain.
