How long is Kucoin going to hold my money for?

I tried to withdraw some funds to another crypto address but Kucoin put a hold on my money, requiring a ID verification, which i sent them but its been 10 hours now and ive lost a lot of money waiting for them to approve this withdraw. Has anyone else had this experience. Does anyone know how long it usually takes?

    are you in the US ? My concern is they dont allow US KYC so what will happen
