How the heck do I get back into Binance?

Hey guys, so like a dummy, I forgot to transfer all my google authenticator info when I got my new phone. I also don’t can’t seem to find the code I wrote down in case I lost that. I tried resetting my google authenticator but it keep asking me how much BTC did I transfer from other accounts, or how much BTC do I carry etc. The thing is, I never transferred to btc but to ETH. Does anybody know what I can do?

    If you’re having trouble resetting your account, please create a support ticket explaining why you can’t answer the reset questions.
