Cloud mining is a scam. Your money is gone. Why are you posting this on Binance?
Some dude from a huge influencer’s discord group tried to persuade me to join their get rich quick Bitcoin mining scheme & then tried to shame me into it. The fellow kept dodging questions & acting like he knows something i don’t. If it’s so good, you wouldn’t be trying to take my money. You’d be going all in yourself. Are all influencers & their staff grifters?
I got the same problem some days ago. I contacted support about this but they couldn’t give me any answer because somehow I was able to manage and get the order id for the cloud mining service purchase.
To resume: don’t worry, it is not an scam from binance. Miner information will appear some hours before its enabled.

I am involved in an organisation called PMPMINE and we have grown to a substantial amount of 400 000 people and are still growing stronger.
