I can’t log into my account and my email is never registered

I thought I’ve gone crazy for not remembering my password. I tried to reset my password and Huobi says my email was never registered.

Can Huobi just get rid of your account without letting you know?

EDIT: Nevermind. Hbg.com works, but not huobi.com
