I have a question about futures trading. I have a total balance of 39.3144 USDT. Why can I only buy/sell at the price of 23.1 USDT, when i have 30.3144 USDT?

Maybe you have some buy orders that eat up part of your margin
You need some left over for margin. Collateral
Depends if it’s isolated Margin or cross. You need some buffer to cater and make room for your trade losses before it closed out.
I would imagine the system is compensating for cost of trade. It’s most likely accounting for commissions
The dollars is like 18 right not 23
If you have open orders I assume that eats into your total balance even if the position isn’t open
Could be Trading Rules – either the maximum order size, or the maximum notional value for the position at a given leverage level
