If I’m a resident of another country with KYC but visit USA, can I still use Kucoin fully without risk?

   If you use it while in the US you risk getting your account flagged and restricted. I wouldn’t do it if I were you. You may end up fighting with customer support to get it fixed. If you do use it while in the US you better use a VPN that is set to an unrestricted country at least.

   Or better still if you’re staying long in the US you can simply switch to exchange like Bitget they don’t have any restrictions from the US and their UIX is as good as kucoin too

   If you are visiting, yes of course you can. The restrictions apply to residents of a region but some exchanges restrict their app to operate in a specific country so you would have to use VPN if Kucoin logged you out.
