Important Support Ticket – Reset 2FA

I got a new phone, not thinking that Google 2FA would erase my 2FA keys if I did not backup them up. I just thought doing the iCloud transfer and knowing my google credentials would be enough. I’ve sent out only one support ticket with id front and back and a selfie including myself with the date. How long has it taken for others to get a response, I’ve seen people say 4 hours, some say 4 weeks. I’m basically locked out of all exchange accounts, and anything I’ve used 2FA for, so it’s gonna be a long process that I’m trying to speed up.
