I initiated a deposit from my wallet to my KuCoin UST wallet, but forgot to insert the memo.

The deposited $ didn’t arrive (obvs), but how do I go about resolving this issue ASAP! It’s quite the amount (to my humble pockets and my hard work).

I looked through the support process for similar issues and I’ve created filled it out, but I’m yet to receive any support outside of the auto generated email.

HELP!
