KuCoin Card refunds are not working.

KuCard refunds not work if you use it through Curve. Made payment, 50% more was reserved and never refunded to card. As well having another transaction with refund, never arrived to KuCard. Asked the shop where made purchsee what’s up, they told they made the refund already. Will KuCoin just keep the refunded money or what? Been more than 2 weeks now. Support is not helping.

I’ll update here, if I get my money back.
