KuCoin close registration and sort your issues or you will lose customers

I love Kucoin, great exchange but closing registration is a must now. Kucoin can simply not cope with the new users, the platform does not work at all and some users are saying the exchange sucks. Binance works 10x better with 50x the volume.

I want KCS to gain value but for this to happen, Kucoin needs to take care of its userbase and sort its issues before growing further. Loads of people are signing up and saying “the exchange sucks” which at the moment, it does, I read some people saying Kucoin is worse than EtherDelta which is not good at all considering how horrible ED is. Deposits and withdrawals are slow or stuck and expensive, the api does not work, the exchange works properly about 3 hours daily. I tried support this morning and got sent back to the back of the 350 people queue three times before giving up. Considering how bad things have gotten over the past two weeks, it’s very concerning where we’ll be in another two weeks
