Kucoin not giving back my money they took out of the account

I originally signed up thinking it was awesome to not have to go through KYC. Now, I cannot withdraw funds and the funds in my account have been taken out. Their support keeps purposely giving me the runaround after 60 emails+ and 20+ contacts with their live chat support.

I am lost, I have provided every information I could. Does anyone have similar experience and how long it took to get your money back?
