    I have been locked out of my account for over 10 months and it seems all the ID photos and videos and such never pass. I don’t have hours to waste on this and it seems as though Kucoin doesn’t want me to get back into my account.

    are withdrawals suspended as well without kyc?? I thought it said withdrawals for non-kyc would continue but it shows a balance of 0 when trying to withdraw. could support clarify on this?

    I’m a US citizen and have been using Kucoin forever, but tried to make a deposit today and it says “Failed to get the address.” That’s for ALL coins. What is going on?

    I opened my Kucoin account about 2 years ago and I live in NY. If I was not 21 when I created the account, but want to get KYC confirmed now, will I be able to? Or will the system see I was underage when I created and seize my assets? Please let me know, thank you

    I cannot reset my trading password even after putting in the security codes from email, text message, and google Authenticator. Please help.
