2. KuCoin app: Go to Account in the top left corner then select “Support” > “Submit A Request”

    This needs a lot of upvotes or maybe getting pinned. This would make it easier for kucoin support to handle the tickets. Either way kudos for updating us here in reddit and with the summarization posts.

    I am super new to crypto, I purchased some BTC with Kucoin and then sent it to my KuCoin Wallet using KuCoin Community Chain(KCC) network.

    From my Kucoin wallet, I tried send it to another wallet, but it keeps saying address or qr code is wrong. However I highly doubt it, coz i tried to send to couple of other wallets too.

    I’m afraid it’s trying to send it by using the KCC network which is not highly supported network. How can I change the network when I am sending it? or is it something else entirely?

    Can you please update status on ticket #2246344? I need to file taxes and waiting for transactions data for over 4 days, if I don’t get data in next 24hours I will miss my deadline. It is escalated got an update that I will get it soon. Without an ETA, I will not able to prepare my taxes. Thanks!!!

    Thanks, I did that already but it’s taking longer it’s over 24 hours I sent all proofs that the merchant sent a fake payment and also contacted my bank… the customer care said they would cancel but it’s taking much time

    iota withdrawals were halted. Is there any reason why? The price is decoupled from the exchange and we cannot arb it. Is an SMR potential listing the cause?
