kucoin wont reset my Q/A

i have provided all of the docs according to their help (https://support.kucoin.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003360833-Forgot-Security-Answers)

they are asking to answer 1 Q/A but i cannot recall ever setting them. if i did then none of the answers i try work.

i have opened several tickets, sent in all docs asked: my driver license, photo with my DL, transaction logs, amount that i have in the account, picture of me logged into the account, they can also see my IP which is the same always, i have twitted them. but i get no help

they just keep asking for my ticket number and never get back.

please help!!!

    If thats the case then try talking to their live chat support, try to provide them with all of your info. I actually got a chanced to talk with one of their support, I think June is the name. His/her english is actually good im quite surprise LOL but anyways goodluck man.

    today is 1st working day.. give it 2-3 days. i am sure Kucoin will do their best to help customer because we are really the genuine account owner
