KuMEX System Upgrade Notice

To provide a better trading experience, KuMEX will be undergoing a system upgrade from 15:30 to 16:30 on October 29, 2019 (UTC+8). The upgrade will take about an hour to complete and all the positions and open orders of users will remain valid during the process. The order placement, position closing and order cancellation features will be temporarily closed for users on the Web, App and API platforms. The order cancellation service will be reopened between 16:25 – 16:30 and the contract trading is estimated to be reopened by 16:30 (UTC+8).
The upgrading of the KuMEX Sandbox will be scheduled from 16:00 to 17:00 on October 28, 2019 (UTC+8). During the upgrade process, the KuMEX sandbox will be temporarily closed.
