Missing eth deposit

Hey guys,

I have deposited ETH from an exchange and it didnt get credited to my account. I saw few ppl did this few months back and they received their funds in a month or so. I have been waiting for 74 days now, submitted multiple tickets, all saying i need to wait. Any of you did this recently and received their funds?
