Money not showing on the available assets tab

I still have my coins but my Equivalent in usd and the tab with the available assets are 0, I know that they said that this is alright and I know that other people had the same problem, but that makes me really insecure, has anyone had any problem with that? coin disappeard or shit like that?

EDIT: I sold the coin and it show my actual btc balance, bought back the fking coin and it disappeard again, then randomly started to appear and disappear, the chart is not available, and the coin sometimes is in the market, sometime’s not, kucoin get your shit together
