Apparently reddit is the only place to get support from the crypto community and at least some kind of response from binanсe support team.

After the first topic I received the first human chat request concerning my situation, and in the end the proof of wealth was approved and ticket was closed.

” Dear Binancian, thank you again for the continued patience and understanding. Please take note that your source of wealth verification has now been passed. If you have any further queries then feel free to reach out to our team once again. Thank you and we wish you a wonderful day ahead ”


But unfortunately my joy was fleeting. The trade did not work as before. Withdrawal did not work either. The support service confirmed that everything should work, but in fact nothing changed.





The lawyers advised me to find out the address where I could send a legal letter. But this turned out to be virtually impossible. The helpdesk actually refused to provide the address to which a formal complaint could be sent.





And my ticket through which I was once again asked to wait 48 hours, was silently closed without any message that it was resolved



Also later I got an email that my proof of wealth was rejected (so there is obvious chaos there) and I will get a link to chat to discuss it shortly. But it never happened.

” Sorry, you did not pass the source of wealth declaration review process.

The reason for failure is as follows: 

Dear Binancian, unfortunately we weren’t able to verify the source of your funds with the presented information and documents. In order to assist you and provide clear instructions, we want to invite you to a chat where you can reach out our compliance department. In a few minutes, you will receive the invitation e-mail – please select “Chat now” button to proceed. Thank you in advance!  “.

The main problem is that there is no responsible person who can solve the issue, instead a new person appears every time, and so on and on in a circle.


A significant chunk of my hard-earned money is currently inaccessible, leaving me in a difficult financial situation. As a result, I’ve had to take out a loan to cover the expenses of my two children’s schooling as well as our daily living costs.


And I continue to lose money because of this problem.

\- I am not able to trade and missed several opportunities to sell tokens when it was pumped(gas,verge), and also I cannot rebuy BETH when it was lower to gain almost risk free profit.

\-also my trading bots are not working .. =(((..

Lately, I resubmitted the proof of wealth application but its still pending (almost two weeks pass after estimation)

I had sold my apartment and sent money by SEPA transfer to Binance.

And this is where my problem begins.

After I had deposited EUR to Binance occasionally I have found out proof of wealth link to my account (I decided to fill this form to avoid any problem). I had never got any message\\email\\notification that I should do it. First form submission was rejected, but probably here is my fault that I had sent only property sale agreement. But later I uploaded the sale agreement and also the bank statement which clearly shows that all the money received from the sale of the flat was converted from Czech crowns to euro (internal bank operation via exchange.cz) and sent from my personal bank account directly to Binance.

My case ID 99124549 (I can’t find previous case IDs because there is no such information at email, but it is not the first). I attached some screenshots with personal information removed.

The main problem at the moment is that I don’t get any answers from the support team, and the ones I do get come once a week as a standard pre-prepared phrase. As a result, I have not been able to place orders for over a month and am suffering losses due to lack of communication from Binance.

My questions are very simple. What is wrong with the documents I am sending and what other documents do Binance need to unblock my account? I just need a dialogue to solve this problem.

At the moment Reddit is my last hope to get attention and answers.

    Same here. My deposits are being held hostage. I sent every document they wanted. And I cannot even get an answer when my review is being completed. I’m being told to wait 48h every 48h. Now after I Complained that I’m being left completely out of the picture about what is going on I am put in a que for a “specialist” who only tells me to wait 6h every 6h. No communication no nothing. This is a joke. I’m a customer for many years and now we are being treated like criminals.

    Ffs come on Binance, I’m guessing they flagged your account as you deposited 6 figures, the documents you’ve provided hopefully go directly to their accounting / law department and not to some unqualified ape monkey who has no idea what they’re looking at!

    Stay on them, keep asking what more do they need from you. If no luck get a lawyer and sue them.

    not sure how there are 45 comments here and not a single one mentioning that [binance has been locked out of its primary gateway to the international banking system](https://np.reddit.com/r/Buttcoin/comments/10i1rg8/binance_announces_it_will_stop_processing_bank/) (Signature Bank) as of less than 24 hours ago.

    I don’t want to sound harsh but… your money is almost certainly gone forever. Binance’s assets are mostly likely being frozen and seized by the authorities.

    binance has been freezing many large accounts [for quite a while now](https://twitter.com/hellspawncrypto/status/1614345887404244993). but things just got much, much worse.

    It seems I’m in the same boat as you. I have deposited a larg-ish sum on Binance, I can trade, but Binance have locked my account for withdrawals. I’ve reached the support agent and they told me basically to wait while they are “reviewing my account”. It’s been almost a month and I never got contacted by support.

    The initial “ETA of the review”, as stated in the support chat bot, was April 4th, but now when I open the bot it just says “We realize your case is taking longer than usual, thank you for your patience”.

    So… what goes?

    Sincerely hope you are having some success, because these are simply scary Wild West style practices by the largest crypto-currency exchange without any proven way of legal defense and action.
