Need Urgent Help! KuCoin and Capitual Withholding My Fiat Funds

Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out to the community in desperation. I’ve been a user of KuCoin for some time now, and recently, I’ve encountered a serious issue that I need urgent assistance with.

KuCoin’s fiat partner, Capitual, has been holding my fiat funds (almost 15k equivalent to USD), preventing me from withdrawing. They mentioned that my source of wealth needs to be analyzed, which I provided documentation for weeks ago. Despite my patience and repeated follow-ups, the situation remains unresolved, and my funds are still inaccessible.

The delay has put me in a difficult financial position, and I need those funds urgently. I’ve already opened a support ticket with KuCoin, but it feels like my issue isn’t being prioritized.

I’m hoping that by bringing public attention to this issue, KuCoin and Capitual will expedite the review process and release my funds. If anyone has faced a similar issue or has advice on how to get this resolved faster, your input would be greatly appreciated.

    May I ask how long you’ve had this issue and did you try reaching out to KuCoin way before now. If yes what was their response

    I think your problem is with Capitual rather than KuCoin.
