Q. What is Kucoin?
A. Kucoin is a Crypto Exchange based in Hongkong and hosted on Amazon Web Service. Kucoin is also known as “The People’s Exchange” because we strive to reward our users that trade on the Exchange. For more Information see Kucoin Whitepaper

Q. What are Kucoin Shares (KCS)?
A. Kucoin Shares are the Exchanges ERC20 Tokens. They generate Kucoin Bonuses (see below).
Another function of KCS is to reduce transaction fees; for every 1000 KCS you get a fee discount ranging between 1% and 30%. For more Information see Kucoin Whitepaper

Q. What is the Kucoin Bonus?
A. The Kucoin bonus is granted by holding Kucoin Shares (KCS) on the Exchange. You will not get the bonus if your KCS are held on an external wallet. This bonus is distributed at 00:00 UTC+8 daily over a period of several hours and is calculated by the amount of Kucoin Shares you hold. You will be credited with a split of 50% of the total trading fees charged by the Exchange. You can calculate your bonus at Kucoinshares.com. This bonus will be adjusted when the volume grows, however will never be reduced below 15%. It will stay at 50% for a minimum of 6 months. (Ending March 2018)

Q. Does Kucoin payout Gas if you hold Neo? A. Yes Kucoin does pay Gas for holding Neo. This gets distributed at the same time as the Kucoin Bonus. 00:00 UTC+8. Check your possible earnings at Neotogas.com

Q. When do I get my payment for referring my friends?
A. You get your Invitation Bonus every 7 days. You will be able to extract the value of these earnings through the Invitation Bonus section which can be found in the Settings area of your account.
