Newbie here. A question. I signed up with binance on my laptop. Then for verification I need to scan the QR code provided on the site with the mobile app.
The problem is, when I tried to login on the mobile app with my username and password, it said “the username or password you have entered is incorrect”. I’m very sure I typed in correctly, and even logout and login again on my laptop, no problem. But still can’t login on the app.
Tried the “forgot your password” option. It said email don’t exist.
Please help. I already have made several transactions in the account already.
You sure your using a real app and not a phishing one?
Also for the QR Code you just need to use a 2 factor app like Google Authenticator or Authy.
Hope you changed your password. Btw how did you get that app ?and please don’t forget to report it.
When u do kyc on ur phone, there is no need for login btw. Basically on the computer, the website will direct you to download an app on ur phone to verify ur identity. It will also ask u to scan a QR code displayed on the computer screen. After installing n opening the app, look towards the bottom right corner for settings and then select scan.
Scan the code, no asking for id or pw. Follow instructions and done.
