Hello, thank you for reaching out. To reset your 2FA, it is always suggested to reset it online. You may read the article from the link below for more guidance:

And our customer support representative had responded to your ticket already. Meanwhile, creating a new account does not help in this case, it only gave you a new account with Binance.

You will get an automatic reply email after creating the ticket. Reply to that and I think someone will reply back to you sooner than you expect. I had a 2FA error for weeks, maybe even 2 months and I kept creating tickets and nothing. It would tell me that because I have not responded to any emails that the issue must be resolved and they deleted the ticket each time. Then I finally responded to their automatic email and within a few minutes someone responded and walked me thru the issue and I was back in Binance within 24 hours. Cant guarantee anything but I would give it a shot if you havent already.

**EDIT** Also, anytime you do something, reset 2FA, send information in, do a facial recognition, etc…. reply to that email and update them and tell them to look into the next step. I kept in constant contact after everything I did and the support person would reply with something like “I see you have completed this…” and it would expedite the next step.

Btw how does the BNB Fee rebate thing work?
I only want to have BTC in my account as the main balance (or the altcoin I buy). If I select the fee rebate option with BNB, doesn’t the system automatically buy BNB for paying the fees then and also is producing fees for that BNB-buy-trade?
Or would I need to buy BNB first (and produce fees with the BNB-buying manually) to pay the trading fees to get the fee rebate?
