Not Receiving Withdrawal Verification Emails
Been using Yahoo mail client and my Yahoo email address since signing up and verifying with Binance over a year ago. Suddenly and mysteriously, the verification email Binance sends when processing a withdrawal have not arrived in my Yahoo Inbox. I HAVE CHANGED ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in my Binance account settings or email address. It is the same email address that has received dozens of withdrawal verifications since I started my Binance account.
So I contact Binance support and they say their server verify’s that the confirmation emails have arrived. They tell me the problem is on Yahoo’s end. I follow their instructions for adding all Binance emails to Yahoo’s approved senders list. Still no verification email. I write them back and they tell me I need to change my account email to gmail. Only problem is in order to do that, I have to respond to the verification email they send which OF COURSE I CAN’T BECAUSE I AM NOT RECEIVING THEM.
Has anyone else had this problem? Please help and thanks in advance!

UPDATE: After searching Yahoo Mail’s support forums similar issues were found. The response was: “Please have the sender contact us at: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/postmaster
We’ll see if Binance follows up. I have 15 NEO on the line. Not a lot to some but a small fortune to me. Will Binance help the little guy?
Same thing here for 2 days. The support ticket e-mail comes through but nothing for withdraw. I would happily change my e-mail address but there appears to be no way to do so from the website.
Hi, I have seen couple similar postings and they were all having yahoo mail troubles. I am using yahoo mail myself and haven’t needed to withdraw anything since late Feb and it was working for me back then. Unfortunately I can’t test it myself as I don’t need to withdraw anything right now. I have followed couple articles on how to add binance to my contact list as well as create rule to forward binance to my inbox. Hopefully that helps. The only thing I tested was enable and disable Withdrawal Address Management. I did receive an email from do-not-reply@post.binance.com on that. It’s should be the same email for withdraw verification. You can test it out in your account to see if that works for you. At least you don’t need to go through support to test that part. If you have whitelisted our e-mails and there is nothing arriving in your Spam folder, the issue is almost certainly on Yahoo’s end, as explained by our support team. Have you tried to reach out to their support?

UPDATE: I received an email today from Binance saying they reactivated my email account. No explanations but I was able to receive the withdrawal confirmation emails fthrough the Yahoo email account that was not working prior. So if you have had the same problem there is hope! Just keep contacting support and be persistent. INSIST that they contact Yahoo Postmaster. Though they wouldn’t admit it, I believe they did contact Yahoo to rectify the issue.
