Binance, I want to start by saying that there are people like me who are not your Angels but have been your proponents from day 1. We were there during the BNB ICO. We were there during the China ban. We are here still during these tough times with your explosion of growth.

I want to invite others who share my sentiments to speak their thoughts and hopefully you will address them. I will first state mine:

  1. Your exchange has become unstable. I personally have experienced that insufficient funds error message far too many times and my funds are missing for far too long to simply be told “please be patient”. Others have experienced far worse situations such as withdrawals not being processed, which means you are failing at your role. As an exchange, your primary job is to provide the service of liquidity and in exchange of that service we pay you a fee every single time. Please don’t take that for granted.

  2. Without getting into too much details of your other recent complaints (coin dust, video-introduction promotion ending without results, overall poor customer service), I propose that you take some time to go offline and upgrade your capabilities before allowing trades again. Also, your support team should be your priority and thus be expanded to better communicate with your customers.

I think you guys understand that the number 1 spot for exchanges can and will change in a matter of months if you don’t take care and satisfy your customers. After all, you dethroned poloniex/bittrex but I, along with all the BNB holders, do not want to see the same thing happen to you.

To fellow users, please share this post with anyone who is having issues with Binance or who wishes to see this exchange be even better. Also, comment your thoughts and I will edit the letter accordingly.

***TLDR: Binance is messing up. Let’s get its attention and maybe help fix it.

edit 1: /u/NakashiSatomoto adds a good point “Yes Binance, please implement a Waiting List for user registration instead of opening and closing registration at random. That way, you can activate user accounts whenever your resources are able to handle and new users are not frustrated by a non-functional registration screen.”
