Got my new phone stolen for which I didn’t back up 2fa unfortunately. Need reset asap.

Been trying to contact support on telegram since then but no luck.

I sent 4 support tickets.. some of them automatically closed.. I sent photos and everything you asked for but still nothing… I’m also locked out of trades since I can’t open new account due to this recent block of new users.

Can you please look into it? Been a loyal customer for the last 6 months and have 2 verified accounts with you (both locked).
