I am a stateless refugee, living in the UK for about 4 years. After using binance for less than a year, I got a message saying that services will not be provided to my account anymore, based on country sanctions. This is a copy of the chat with customer support, which of course did not provide any relevant information about my enquiry:

>Binance tries, and as much as possible, to allow access for as many users across the globe. Binance also maintains the right to select its markets and jurisdictions to operate and may restrict or deny its services to certain countries. This choice is made by consulting and reviewing recommendations from, but not limited to the UN Security Council Sanctions list and OFAC, and it is with some regret that we are not able to offer this service to users from your country. It is not personal, but we do apologize that it affects you personally. Coverage of sanction countries: 1. The resident address/nationality/issuing authority of the certificate ; 2. The resident address/nationality/issuing authority of the certificate that once uploaded to Binance;

>Any information above comes down to sanction countries, we would not able to provide service based on the TOU

I can see the that you have funds in your account so we suggest to withdraw all the funds as soon as possible.

>There is no understanding if you just randomly start restrincting users from using your services. I may think you’re denying services based on my appereance or religion, as you have access to my photo ID. I may not be able to put a complain for that, but I will make sure to let my friends and relatives know, so they can stop using Binance.

>We sincerely apologize about this, however, we do look forward to providing service to you if there is a change in regulations in the future. As this is related to national regulations, we are not able to provide the service to all users. And you may refer to our Terms of Use [https://www.binance.com/en/terms](https://www.binance.com/en/terms)
