I have had my account frozen for trying to make a withdrawal. They responded to me yesterday asking to provide proof that funds have come into my account from another platform with the ID number from the transaction. They provided a link to use that just takes me to the website…. So I have attached them to the email I received. It’s been 20 hours now since the first response, I need to access my funds! My number is…. 1657208

    I have opened a ticket for more than a month, for a “completed” COTI withdrawal but that the funds have never arrived and the txhash is non-existent on the blockchain. The support continues to answer me to be patient, for over a month! Ticket: 1564978 (COTI withdrawal)

    Hm, more and more complains popping up from people who tried to withdraw/transfer and got locked out of their kucoin accounts…

    What’s going on here, kucoin? Should we better stop using your services?

    So many people are having this problem – thanks for raising awareness on here. Stay away from kucoin. I hope you get your issue resolved.
