Trade History for Taxes

I am trying to get my cryptocurrency trade history from Huobi for the 2018 tax year. It appears you have to provide a picture id or passport before they will help you. See the [support@huobi.com](mailto:support@huobi.com) response I got below:

I also tried to use their REST API and no results were found. Because of this I am a bit skeptical that they even still have my trade history. I do not want to provide them with my personal information if they no longer have it.

I find it strange that it is so hard to get this data, no other exchange I have dealt with is this difficult.

Has anyone successfully gotten their trade history from huobi for 2018?
