Trading Fee Rebate Voucher

I’m planning to buy 0.005 btc to my wallet today, and i have these two trading fee rebate vouchers (30usdt and 20 usdt). I don’t understand how these vouchers work? Shall i redeem one of these vouchers before buying the btc? Is it gonna give me the same amount of btc i buy up to $30 worth of btc?

    Or do you mean that if i made a withdraw. The network fee is going to be deducted from the voucher?
