Transfer funds from coin-M Swaps to spot account

Huobi gives the following message when I try to tranfer funds from my coin-M Swaps account to spot account:

>”You can transfer profits out of your account after daily settlement at 00:00, 8:00 and 16:00 (UTC)”.

Why is this? It is super anoying.
