Two questions

So, what is the “hold” beside the names of the coins? I read somewhere that it means the coin is expected to be worth more and so you should hold it, but all the coins say that.

Also, how do I read the “change” column? Sometimes it will be in the red as a negative, but the price for the coin rises. Do they not correlate?

Apologies for the questions. Trying to wade my way through cryptocurrency in the smartest way possible.
