Unbinding Google 2FA

I forgot my trading password so I tried resetting it; however, for some reason, every time I enter my Google 2FA number, it never works. So I figured I need to first unbind my Google 2FA, bind it again, then reset my trading password. But because my Google 2FA is not working properly with Kucoin, I am stuck in this perpetual loop. I have reached out to support multiple times but have gotten unhelpful answers. I have already tried all their ‘tips’. The latest email response I received was completely blank… Has anyone else ran into this issue? If so, how did it get resolved. If the Mod sees this post, my ticket number is 4403864

    yeah, just found out then that my google authenticator number didn’t work when trying to log in on my desktop. I can use mobile, but couldn’t get in.
