Understanding KCS Bonus calculation

The about KCS Bonus page ( [https://kucoin.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360014925893-About-KuCoin-Bonus](https://kucoin.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360014925893-About-KuCoin-Bonus) ) is still claiming that ” 50% of all trading fees earned by KuCoin to buy KCS from the market and then redistribute to the userbase on the new KuCoin Bonus Program”.

We know that this was replaced last year by some tiered calculation that drops the bonus percentage by 1% for every $2.5m volume past $50m volume. I cant find this in any official announcement though.

More concerning is the fact that as volumes have gone over 350m USDT, the bonus distributed yesterday was only about 15,000 USDT. This is about 7% of the approximate trading fee (if we assume 0.07% average fee). As an old investor in the program I feel deceived by this. Can somebody clarify the truth of the matter, because I am starting to loose faith in the reliability factor of the program.

Kucoin should simply show 2 volume brackets… 1 that is without fees or is for market makers and another where fees are collected upon or are atleast of highest possible discount… that way we would see if its true!
