Hello dear Kucoinians,

I have a question regarding the new Interface for the Kucoin Bonus. It says “unsaved” with a little red icon. Can you explain a bit what that means and what the consequences are of saving it manually, compared to when you just do not do anything?

I just saved my kucoin bonus and understand it goes to my main account afterwards.

But what happens if I do not do that manually? Will it accumulate in a state which is not on my main account (thus not further increasing the next bonus) or will it be transferred to the main account automatically when a day is over (just like before)? How does that work in detail?

PS: The new account overview is awsome, love it!

    Funny, I came here after just checking my first KCS bonus for the first time on v2.0 to ask the same thing.

    I think there’s been some great improvements to the interface but I don’t like the fact that I have to manually save my bonus EVERY SINGLE DAY because some times I’m away on remote islands for a week or 2 and can’t go online. So my bonus isn’t compounding during that time?

    >The bonus will be distributed directly to the user’s account without the need for manual collection.

    But why the manual saving thing?

    I am curious about this as well. Thank you.

    Also having an issue when I click the “view” button next to my bonus and nothing happens. It doesn’t take me to another page or anything. Could this be a browser issue? Anyone else experience this?

    I don’t get it why there’s a save button for the bonus.
    However I hope that even if you don’t save it, it will be counted towards the compound interest.

    Please clarify.

    Yeah, this is important… They have to make sure and clear that the KCS bonus is auto compounding, otherwise everyday saving willbe a real pain in the ass…

    From a business perspective making users manually save makes them more likely to trade. Having to login to the website or open the app puts users in front of KuCoin as opposed to a set and forget mentality.
