Verification under review after 11 days

I created a binance account the 11th of August and the last doc I sent was a bank informative note to prove my address.
I didn’t expected so much waiting, is it normal?
If not, what should I do?

    Binance verification is such a pain in the A**.
    Hopefully they get to take reviews and feedback seriously this time.
    More reason why the concept behind Trustless identity verification (TIDV) is unique and revolutionary by Alliance block , where users are in full control n custody of their data, they get to give access to a third party to verify.
