This is getting beyond a joke now… KuCoin had mentioned this issue would be resolved by end of last weekend (13/08) and still no solution.

How are KuCoin benefiting from this? VeChain investors are forced to trade VET for another token albeit BTC/ETH (trading fee is incurred), and then forced to transfer funds to another exchange (withdrawal fee is incurred).

OR – KuCoin continue to hold their users VET whilst generating VTHO, yet do not pay VTHO to the owner.

This is a genuine concern and it has not been properly addressed by KuCoin team members. Binance and LBank have been processing VET withdrawals for quite a while now, and whilst I understand that KuCoin are a smaller exchange (with most likely a smaller team), this delay seems to be unusually long – and the team are not meeting the time frames specified by KuCoin team members.

    Sold on kucoin and sent to Binance. Lost 1300 VET in the process but at least my funds are now in my own hands.

    This shit has gone on too long with terrible explanations. Not a good way to run a business. Won’t be trading on kucoin again unless I’m desperate.

    I have so much held hostage, I’m seriously thinking of hiring a Lawyer in Singapore. These guys are playing us all for fools (and for using them, I admit I am indeed a complete fool!)

    With this much angst amongst investors after such a long time without access to our funds, and the CEO completely ignores us. In fact, I’m struggling to find an meaningful communication from him on any issues recently. How on earth is this guy still in charge of this operation??? Any half decent company would have got rid of him long ago.

    My last email from them was ” Please be patient, it will be more than a few days”. WTF?? What kind of reply is that?? MORE than a few days?? And after 2 weeks of being without my money, worried as I never like my funds out of my personal wallet, and they have the bloody cheek to say “be patient”!!!!! Words fail me for these monumental idiots.

    My VET withdrawal worked very smooth on Kucoin today. The VET is now open for deposits and withdrawals on Kucoin. I do not see any semblance that any Thor was generated within the exchange while we were waiting fo this day.
