    Transactions with sub-sanctioned accounts are illegal, they can even block you for this.
    Basically, the same rules as AML.

    Seems like a regular warning, or it may be a scam. Never follow links from emails, if you recieve ANY email from binance, always check the phone app or the desktop app and check your announcements there. Never go through email link

    And how are we to know who the F*** owns a crypto address. So stupid email and useless. It’s their job to block stolen funds from coming in to my account or for my funds from going to a scam/sanctioned address.

    Did you maybe use some 3d party service and made a payment from your binance account and this service is related to sanctioned state or so? you should ask the support
