Why is the KCS circulation 75m?

Last time I paid attention, KCS had a circulating supply of 91m. Now, when I look on Coinmarketcap – it says 75m.

In April Kucoin burnt 300,000 KCS – but what happened to the other 15,700,000? Am i missing something?

    I don’t think CMC is very accurate anymore for circulating supply because they take 6 months to update the numbers.
