So, Huobi just refrain from processing your XEM deposit without letting you know, until you get in touch through the chat box.
Somehow they think that having an announcement on the general announcement page is sufficient. No warning on the Deposit screen.

I’ve been asked to send in my TX info and some KYC documents, after which they’d credit my account.

PS: I sent from a wallet, not from an exchange

The reply I got:

`Hello, just stop temporarily, will recover, your XEM`

`will appear in your account after recovery`
`Please do not reply on the basis of this email, so as not to`
`respond to your question. Thank you for your cooperation`

I get the feeling that these Chinese exchanges have no idea of what communication and service means.
