2FA not working

So I am trying to verify who I am on an old account. It keeps asking me to add 2FA (which was reset), but I can’t get beyond the initial validation code. Just says wrong code. None of the UI gives me links to support in this state, so I can’t even create a support ticket.

    Reset time in your authenticator. Google it how.
