5 months I opened, not traded once.

I’m having trouble placing a buy order on this fucking app. It says that trading is not available in my area, but I live in New York. Funny thing is I googled. I exchange that is available in New York and A provided this whack as exchange. Any idea why this may be happening ?

    Do it from their website not the app. It has something to do with NY state regulations, not Bitstamp itself
