Good evening my account has been blocked after 5 login attempts failed.I am pretty certain i did nothing wrong writing the password since i never had this problem before and i already did the necessary procedures to fix the issue since i am currently day trading i would appreciate it if you could fix the problem as soon as possible i immediately sent the picture holding the identity card and the paper with handwritten for bitstamp only i hope for a fast resolving over this problem since it is a very frustrating experience please help me out

EDIT: The bitstamp support was great and solved my issue in 12 hours appreciate the help i received from the customer service thank you very much
