    Going through the exact same issue I’m on day 10 bitsamp support is no support they just respond saying the case is being looked at meanwhile nobody does nothing

    Well, I had problem with usd. Of course, bitstamp is full of sh*t and they did not help any way, as far as they can get is script “we are working on your issue” pff… What I did, transfer btc to another exchange and then did payout to bank account.

    Also I received mail from them, that they will withdraw decision about blocking account due to inactivity. Obviously, they lied

    It’s been 4 weeks already with my account. It’s just a scam, 4 weeks of emails and calls, all I get is “Your issue marked as high priority, we’re sorry for delays, as soon as we get more information we’ll contact you”. Worst exchanger EVER.

    I have been dealing with it for 6 weeks! This is such a bullshit business!
