I never had any problems with bitstamp. What did the support answer in the support ticket?

i had a problem also , posted a well composed thread here and it was spam blocked, probably reported by MODs to shut me up, TLDR : Bitstamp is not the cex it once was, they locked my crypto withdrawals even after being an old verified customer and with alot of paper work filed in over the years, and little to none incoming crypto deposit history,no bank deposits, i was able to get unlocked and proceeded to pull my funds out and terminate my account i suggest you evaluate the same for you because there might come a time that they ask for paperwork that doesn`t exist and you cant provide and strongarm you to forfeit your funds just like they did with the shares of the founder.Stay away if you dont wanna end up in a documentary telling how you lost your funds to an offshore cex l just like quadriga cx “not your keys not your coins”

    To complain with their regulators:

STAY AWAY FROM THIS EXCHANGE! THEIR RECENT ACTIONS AND MARKET LIQUIDITY MIGHT SHINE THE LIGH AT A PROBLEM THAT COULD BE AHEAD SUCH AS BANKRUPTCY OR RUGPULL. – crashcrypto. —

Happened to me too but with only £80. It’s in my account but I cannot withdraw it.
