Bitstam rejects legal documents on purpose, beware

[ad_1]

Bitstamp does not approve bank account statements even they do say they do, instead they say it is rejected and when asked what was wrong they repeat that it needs to be withing last 3 months, which it was and needs to show the address of the receiver and the sender bank, which it does.

Since Bitstamp on purpose does not even answer the question what is wrong with the rejected document they are scamming the customers and trying to illegally block them. I repeatedly asked them and they refused to answer. BEWARE OF BITSTAMP, THEY HAVE CHANGED THEIR PRACTICED TO SHADY ONES LOCKING PERSONAL MONEY TO THEMSELVES BASED ON THIS EXCUSE OF “rejected document”

I am going through this as well, I am very worried and have a sick feeling that they will hold my coins hostage in the guise of ‘documentation is not enough’. They already rejected by initial bank statement. I am in the process of compiling the paper trail of the fiat funds I deposited to buy coins, I am abroad taking care of my elderly father whuch is already very stressful and now even more distressed out by the threat of losing my coins, I already went through a video kyc interview a month after I bought the coins. Do we have any legal recourse?
